Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and handling of eggs for incubation, ensuring proper placement and cleanliness
Support hatchery processes by monitoring incubators, adjusting temperature and humidity levels as needed
Perform heavy lifting of eggs, chicks, and equipment safely and efficiently throughout shifts
Operate farm machinery such as egg turners, conveyor systems, and cleaning equipment with proper care
Maintain cleanliness in hatchery areas by cleaning equipment, cages, and workspaces regularly
Observe hatchlings for signs of health issues or abnormalities and report findings promptly
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a protected working environment for all team members
Requirements
Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift
Willingness to work in a physically demanding setting that involves standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Basic understanding of farm operations or poultry production is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
