Duties
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of all designated areas
Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment
Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are maintained and identify areas for improvement
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely replenishment
Assign tasks based on priority, workload, and staff strengths while fostering a positive team setting
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address concerns, provide updates,



and ensure customer satisfaction
Implement safety protocols related to facilities maintenance and heavy lifting to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements
Proven custodial or facilities maintenance experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning processes
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment required for effective cleaning and minor repairs
Excellent communication skills to lead teams, coordinate tasks, and interact professionally with clients
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or equipment
Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, use of power tools, and facilities maintenance
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
