JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, secure and sanitary manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




Moving furniture
Cleaning Ptacs
Other projects asked by manager or supervisor
Maintain & secure storage areas, cleaning equipment & materials in an orderly manner
Report equipment repairs and stock shortages
Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs
Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment
Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
Ability to read & understand labels & instructions
Previous custodial experience an asset
excellent communication skills
Comfortable using electronics

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available to work weekends
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Pressure washing experience
Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
