We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring that all guests receive high-quality service in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and offering recommendations as needed.
Assist with food preparation as required, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and maintain responsible serving practices.
Requirements
Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for guest interactions.
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
