Responsibilities
Assist in the defence of insurance coverage and non-commodity/complex litigation matters.
Conduct research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients.
Manage case logistics and contribute to practice‑management initiatives.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in insurance law or related practice.
Strong research, drafting, writing, and analytical abilities.
Effective negotiation and advocacy skills.
Demonstrated capacity for practice‑management tasks.
