Full Stack Technical Lead – AWS, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot & Angular/React

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must have 10+ years of experience in software development with robust technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native, scalable, and secure applications using AWS, Node.js, and Java technologies.

• Build and maintain serverless applications leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and other AWS services.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures using Node.js and Java frameworks.

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot and related technologies.

• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Ensure seamless integration between front-end applications, backend services, and cloud platforms.

• Lead technical design discussions and collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define and deliver robust solutions.

• Drive architecture, coding standards, best practices, and technical governance across the development lifecycle.

• Ensure application performance,



scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability across all layers of the technology stack.

• Implement secure cloud solutions, including effective management of IAM roles, policies, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

• Write clean, productive, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance tuning.

• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices for automated build, deployment, and monitoring processes.

• Monitor and optimize cloud resources and application performance in AWS environments.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, AWS services, and industry trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions within Agile development settings.
