As a skilled Electroneurophysiology Technologist, you will perform EEG studies and monitor patients in outpatient, ICU, and emergency settings. This role emphasizes teamwork within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting, ensuring every patient's neurodiagnostic needs are met effectively.
You will maintain patient records and equipment and report urgent findings to physicians as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct EEG, long-term video monitoring, and Evoked Potentials
Observe physical changes during tests and interpret findings
Update and maintain patient records meticulously
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of neurophysiology equipment
Communicate urgent results to physicians promptly
Requirements:
Eligible for registration with ACMDTT
Diploma or Degree in Electrophysiology or 2 years lab experience
CPR certification required
Solid interpersonal skills with diverse patients
Ability to adapt to changing clinical scenarios
