This hybrid role emphasizes complex senior debt lending and risk management in a collaborative setting. You will report directly to the Head of Credit Execution, Western Canada, and leverage your seasoned credit judgement and execution capabilities. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years'
experience in commercial banking, knowledge of credit underwriting, and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions. Contributing to team dynamics and junior development will also be key components of your role. Key Responsibilities:
Actively manage a diverse portfolio of senior debt lending mandates
Collaborate with financial advisors and internal partners for due diligence
Prepare financial models and credit analysis for transactions
Ensure compliance with covenants and conduct annual portfolio reviews
Coach junior team members on credit analysis and execution practices Requirements:
Bachelor’s in finance, business, or accounting
Minimum 5 years in corporate banking
Knowledge of financial modeling and credit analysis
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
