This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for an experienced Foreman with sewer and water reconstruction expertise who can drive safety, productivity, quality, and project success while managing field crews on projects located within approximately one hour of Brantford.Compensation

Bring at least 5 years of heavy civil construction experienceDemonstrate sewer and water reconstruction experienceOffer Foreman or Site Supervisor leadership experienceShow strong knowledge of municipal water, sewer, and road constructionRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsApply effective planning, scheduling, and time management skillsHold a valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving recordCommit to working in a physically demanding field workplace and extended workdays when required
