Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to addiction recovery while managing program compliance and safety standards.
Your role encompasses staff hiring, training, and fostering a culture of accountability and servant leadership. You will also monitor client progress, implement crisis management, and ensure documentation accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
Support crisis management and behavioral interventions
Oversee compliance with health and safety standards
Manage campus operations and budget accountability
Build relationships with community partners and families Requirements:
Relevant bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred
Significant experience in behavioral support and recovery
Valid driver's license and First Aid Certification required
Robust leadership and conflict resolution skills
