You will handle real estate projects, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will foster a positive work workplace while keeping all facilities operating efficiently and securely.Key Responsibilities:
Manage real estate projects and oversee contract resources
Oversee owned and leased properties, including lease negotiations
Track project budgets and report to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and safety standardsRequirements:
10+ years in real estate and/or construction management
Bachelor's or master's in a relevant discipline
