Join the OSEG Foundation as an Inclusion Coordinator, where you will shape inclusive programming for autistic children and youth. This part time, in office role focuses on family engagement and staff training.
As the Inclusion Coordinator, you will oversee various aspects of program implementation under the Senior Manager of Community Impact and Engagement. Your responsibilities include recruiting and supporting staff, developing individualized lesson plans, and building relationships with families.
Your impact will enhance programming quality and participant experience for children and youth with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard program staff and volunteers
Develop autism-informed weekly lesson plans
Supervise program operations and participant engagement
Monitor program quality and provide ongoing coaching
Maintain accurate program documentation and communication
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in autism services or related field
Direct experience supporting autistic children/youth preferred
Knowledge of autism-informed practices and individualized communication
Experience in program coordination and staff supervision
Solid organizational and communication skills
