Co-op seeks a proactive Agro Centre Manager to provide leadership within Steinbach's agricultural hub. You will oversee operations, mentor staff, develop strategic business plans, and ensure exceptional service to clients. With a commitment to integrity and community values, this is a pivotal role for those passionate about agriculture and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day Agro Centre operations for profitability
Develop annual business plans to support growth
Manage inventory and asset maintenance programs
Recruit, train, and coach the Agro Centre team
Provide expert agronomic guidance to customers Requirements:
5+ years in progressive agriculture roles
3+ years leading technical or qualified teams
Agriculture degree or equivalent education
Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation required
Experience with bulk seed management considered an asset Foster relationships and drive agronomy sales while leading Clearview Co-op’s commitment to community and quality.
