Key Responsibilities:
Assess and plan nursing care for neonatal patients
Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans




Educate families on wellness-promoting practices
Uphold standards of practice set by nursing authorities
Maintain competence in a critical care environment

Requirements:
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Minimum 2 years of neonatal experience
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Current CPR and NRP Certifications
