The Early Childhood Education Program in the School of Education (Faculty of Education and Social Work) at Thompson Rivers University is seeking a sessional faculty member who will teach ECED 3410 (Development and Care of Infants and Toddlers) in the Winter 2027 semester.
ECED 3410 (Development and Care of Infants and Toddlers):
The development of infants and toddlers is examined with a particular emphasis on best practices related to physical care, emotional needs, health, and nutrition.
Through critical reflection upon foundational and contemporary research, students explore pan-Canadian and cross-cultural perspectives of infant and toddler care and development.
Students are familiarized with local and provincial agencies that support child development.
