As a vital part of the team, this role requires collaboration to meet the needs of children aged 18 months to 12 years while adhering to the Ontario Child Care Licensing Standards. Facilitate teamwork and creative practices among staff

Ensure health and safety compliance for all members
Maintain accurate documentation for licensing inspections
Support onboarding and training for recent hires Requirements:
Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with 3 years' experience
Knowledge of Child Care and Early Years Act
Leadership and supervisory skills required
Certified in First Aid and CPR Level C
