Family Transition Place is seeking a dedicated Youth Educator to lead educational programs in schools. The ideal candidate has a background in social services and specialized training relevant to adolescent development. Key Responsibilities:



- Facilitate educational programs promoting healthy relationships - Create resource materials aligned with program goals - Research and implement strategies for positive classroom climates - Collaborate with school staff and community groups - Provide referrals and support as necessary
