The Markham Industrialization Team seeks an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive efficiency in electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. You’ll manage product structures within SAP while leading DFM/DFA initiatives to enhance manufacturability.
Your expertise in Lean methodologies, specifically Kaizen and 5S, will help optimize workflows and improve production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead industrialization strategies for recent products
Develop assembly work instructions and process flows
Maximize production throughput and eliminate bottlenecks
Execute Lean methodologies for workflow optimization
Manage complex product structures in SAP and MES
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or Engineering
Minimum 5 years in electro-mechanical manufacturing
Experience with IPC-A-610/620 standards
Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
