We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Airbnb Turnover Housekeeper to join our team on a casual/on-call basis.

Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of Airbnb or short-term rental turnover housekeeping experience is required.
Please do not apply if you only have hotel or residential cleaning experience without Airbnb/STR turnover experience.
What You'll Do
Complete full Airbnb turnover cleans between guest stays
Stage each property to hotel-quality standards
Inspect the property for damage, missing items, and maintenance issues
Restock guest amenities and supplies
Change and inspect all linens and towels
Ensure every property is guest-ready before check-in
Report issues promptly with photos and clear communication
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of Airbnb/short-term rental turnover experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Smartphone with internet access
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
Versatile availability, including weekends and holidays
