Construction Site Superintendent
Our client is looking for a Site Superintendent to join a well-established construction and design-build organization operating across Alberta. This company has a long-standing presence in the industry and delivers a range of industrial and commercial construction projects, supported by a growing field team and a strong commitment to safety and quality execution.
The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of workmanship and communication across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide in office leadership and supervision of all construction activities
Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules prior to project execution
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
Support site setup, logistics, and mobilization planning
Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with schedules and milestones
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Enforce Occupational Health & Safety regulations and company policies on site
Identify and report project issues, delays, and deficiencies to the Project Manager
Oversee quality control and ensure corrective actions are completed when required
Lead site meetings with trades, consultants, and project stakeholders

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Site Superintendent or construction supervisory role
Background in industrial and/or commercial construction projects
In-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and site coordination
Solid understanding of Alberta Occupational Health & Safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's licence with reliable transportation
Relevant safety certifications required;
additional site-specific training as needed
