The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience, with a solid background in welding and auto body repair techniques. You'll work collaboratively with a agile team, focusing on achieving the repair facility's KPIs through quality work and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities:
Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
Repair damage to vehicle body panels effectively
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles with precision
Assess and repair structural and interior components
Utilize frame equipment for comprehensive repairs Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum three years of Auto Body Technician experience
Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding) needed
Red Seal or 310B certification preferred
