As HR & Admin Manager, you'll shape the plant's culture and handle the full employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Build the HR and talent team for the plant
Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with Ontario employment laws
Administer payroll, perks, and compensation programs
Foster a cohesive team setting and cultural alignment

Requirements:
Over 5 years of HR management experience
Strong knowledge of Ontario ESA, OHSA, and WSIB
Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
