Key Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of highway and drainage designs with modern tools
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Build and maintain robust client relationships

Validate designs, ensuring compliance with standards
Requirements:
Civil Engineering degree or diploma
10–20+ years of experience in roadway design
P. Eng or Technician/Technologist designation
Proven experience with Design-Build/P3 initiatives
Strong knowledge of Ontario environmental standards
