What youll do

• Lead the design process for the Core Rider Journey, from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize design requirements that align with business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the design team.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the needs and preferences of riders are at the forefront of product development.

• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all rider touchpoints.

• Lead cross-functional workshops to brainstorm and align on design strategies and solutions.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, articulating the value and impact of design decisions on the rider experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proven experience leading design projects from conception to launch, preferably in a consumer-facing product environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences.
