Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with ambulation, toileting, bathing, and feeding
• Participate in vital assessments and patient documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Alert the team to any patient condition changes
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a Baccalaureate or Practical Nursing Program
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
