We're hiring a VP of Revenue Operations at Instantly.ai.

We're looking for someone who's built the revenue operating system from the ground up at a high-growth PLG company that also has a world-class enterprise sales motion.

This isn't a traditional RevOps role. We need someone who has experience scaling a business where self-serve and enterprise sales coexist – and knows how to make both thrive within a single operating system.

You'll be responsible for:

- Building and owning our CRM as the single source of truth.
- Designing scalable systems for both PLG and enterprise revenue.
- Partnering closely with Product and Engineering to integrate Stripe, product data, and customer lifecycle events into our CRM.
- Building forecasting, reporting, routing, lifecycle automation, and revenue analytics.




- Creating the infrastructure that allows us to sell to everyone from self-serve users to Silicon Valley unicorns and Fortune 500 companies.

The ideal candidate has:

- Built RevOps from zero to one at a high-growth PLG SaaS company.
- Experience supporting an enterprise sales team layered on top of a PLG motion.
- Robust technical fluency and comfort working directly with engineers and data teams.
- Experience integrating Stripe and product usage data into the CRM.
- Ideally worked at a company with both software and services revenue, and understands the operational complexity of managing both.
