Triage and resolve Helpspot tickets with precision
Monitor production settings proactively to catch issues
Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines

Write complex T-SQL queries and procedures Requirements:
3 to 5 years experience with C# and .NET ecosystem
Proficient in SQL Server and patching data
Experience in application support or systems analysis
