You will helm the physical design process from RTL to GDSII for high-speed connectivity solutions.

Your role blends rigorous technical expertise with team leadership, focusing on critical tasks required for successful ASIC delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Drive block-level and top-level physical design efforts
Ensure timely timing closure and sign-off
Supervise floorplanning and place-and-route activities
Work closely with global engineering teams for best practices
Establish and maintain quality assurance in design methodologyRequirements:
Bachelor’s in Engineering;

a Master’s is a plus
12+ years in physical design of complex designs
At least 2 years in a leadership role
Proficient with physical design tools, including Cadence
Robust programming skills in Python or TclLead the charge at Astera Labs, designing vital components that fuel the advancement of AI and connectivity technologies.
