You will manage the Company's tax program in Canada and the U.S., ensure adherence to deadlines, and work with external consultants. The role emphasizes trust-building relationships, compliance with SOX, and support for critical accounting projects.Key Responsibilities:
Manage preparation of the tax provision for financial statements
Support preparation of entity-level tax returns in both countries




Liaise with external tax consulting firm for timely deliverables
Coordinate information exchange and monitor compliant practices
Oversee relationships with tax authorities during auditsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree and CPA designation required
Min. two years in tax function with public or industry experience
Five years accounting/tax experience in public company
Knowledge of SAP, US GAAP, and SOX
