Responsibilities
Assists with updating drawings and specifications.
Coordinates inventory and tracking time sheets, costs, and quantities.
Prepares quantity takeoffs.
Assists in creating, implementing, and monitoring the quality plan, including conducting quality inspections, and identifying issues in office and in work scopes.
Conducts basic safety inspections and training, identifies and corrects safety hazards, attends daily safety meetings, and leads by example in safety practices and procedures.
Assists the project team with subtrade partner management, including managing requests for information, shop drawings, changes and billings and overseeing work by providing day-to-day direction.
Assists with schedules and monitoring trade performance.
Develops and maintains solid relationships with all stakeholders.
Supports superintendent, project manager and project coordinator on self- perform scopes and workforce planning.
