Part-Time Bakery Production Worker – Dough Production

We're looking for a Part-Time Bakery Production Worker to join our pastry production team. This role is focused on preparing and producing a variety of doughs that form the foundation of our bakery program. What You'll Do
Prepare, mix, scale, and portion a variety of doughs according to recipes and production schedules.
Monitor dough development and proofing to ensure consistency and quality.
Shape and prepare dough for the next stage of production.
Assist with fillings, finishing, and other bakery production tasks as required.
Follow daily production schedules to ensure products are ready on time.
Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe production workplace.




Work collaboratively with the pastry team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience working with doughs or in a commercial bakery is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
Comfortable lifting up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and performing physically demanding work.
Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced production environment.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
Availability to work morning shifts if required, including weekends as required.
