Job Title: Lot Attendant / Condition Reporter

Inspect vehicles and accurately document damage and condition using a handheld device.
Clean and prepare vehicles for photography, including removing contents and exterior cleanup.
Take clear, professional photos of vehicles for online listings and inventory records.
Maintain accurate vehicle records and ensure information is complete and correct.
Work safely and efficiently in an outdoor setting while supporting lot operations.
What You'll Bring
Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain and snow.
Solid interest in and knowledge of vehicles and automotive equipment.




Experience using handheld devices and taking clear, detailed photographs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
CSA-approved safety boots.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
