Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and personable Art Event Concierge + Assistant for this weekend in London on July 5th. If you're not available on this date, please don't apply. Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout the event
Assist with event set-up, organisation, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
Upsell event tickets, merchandise, or additional services to maximise guest engagement and revenue
Manage guest enquiries efficiently, providing information about artworks, artists, and programme details
Support fundraising activities by engaging with attendees and encouraging participation in donation initiatives
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution of event schedules and activities
Maintain organisational records related to attendance, sales, and guest feedback




Handle administrative tasks such as reservations, ticketing, and guest registration with accuracy
Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the organisation’s brand values

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, hotel front desk, or similar customer-facing roles is highly desirable
Experience in organising or supporting arts or cultural events is advantageous
Proven skills in upselling and promoting products or services effectively
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Outstanding communication skills to engage confidently with diverse audiences
Experience in fundraising or donor engagement is a plus
Familiarity with guest services within a hospitality setting will be beneficial
