As the first point of contact for patients and referring healthcare providers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting the administrative and billing functions of our diagnostic imaging clinic.Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide excellent customer serviceSchedule appointments and manage clinic bookingsProcess patient registrations and maintain accurate recordsPerform Saskatchewan healthcare billing and claims submissionsVerify patient health information and insurance coverageRespond to phone calls, emails, and referral inquiriesCoordinate with physicians, sonographers, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain confidentiality and compliance with privacy legislationSupport general office administration and clinic operationsQualifications
Medical Office Assistant certificate or equivalent experiencePrevious Saskatchewan healthcare billing experience is required.Experience in a diagnostic imaging,
radiology, or medical clinic setting is an assetStrong knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and work independently in a busy healthcare environmentWork schedule:
