Enhance the lives of residents as a part time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at Country Village Long Term Care in South Woodslee, Ontario. Administer medications, monitor health, and develop care plans for residents.

As an RPN, you will play a critical role in supporting the elderly community through effective administration of nursing care. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with other healthcare specialists to ensure the highest standards of care and addressing any changes in residents' conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and record vital signs accurately
Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans




Organize restorative and palliative care functions
Train and supervise nursing staff and personal care aides

Requirements:
Current RPN certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
