Role: Mobile QA / Automation Engineer

Location: Canada – Remote – PST Hours

Job description:

Responsibilities

- Perform manual and automated testing for iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Develop, maintain, and execute mobile automation scripts using Appium.
- Validate mobile application functionality, integrations, and end-to-end user workflows.
- Perform testing across multiple devices, operating systems, and environments using cloud-based testing platforms such as LambdaTest.
- Test mobile applications leveraging Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Loyalty Management (SFLM), and microservices architecture.
- Validate API integrations, data flows, and backend services supporting mobile applications.
- Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners,



and QA teams to identify defects and improve application quality.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement of mobile testing processes.

Requirements

- 3–6+ years of experience in mobile QA testing and automation.
- Solid experience testing native iOS and Android applications.
- Hands-on experience with Appium mobile automation framework.
- Experience with mobile testing platforms such as LambdaTest.
- Experience validating REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Loyalty Management (SFLM), and microservices-based applications.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience testing Salesforce-powered mobile applications.
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms and customer engagement solutions.
- Experience with API automation and backend service validation.
- Experience with CI/CD integration for mobile automation.
- Knowledge of retail or eCommerce mobile applications.
