Salary Range: $110,000–$130,000

What Will You Do?

Lead, mentor, and develop a growing marketing team

Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture focused on accountability, creativity, and execution

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital marketing, email, social media, events, and other channels

Partner closely with Sales and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives

Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation

Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI





Oversee multiple concurrent marketing projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved

Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and scalability as the business continues to grow

Present marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Stay current on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the organization ahead of the curve

What Do You Bring?

7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including experience as a Marketing Manager or senior marketing professional

Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a small marketing team

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, lead generation, and marketing analytics

Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and measuring campaign performance

Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms, CMS platforms, HTML, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing technologies

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes

Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment

Results‑oriented with a proactive, hands‑on approach and continuous improvement mindset

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field is considered an asset
