In this role, you will work across various locations in Toronto, guiding kids aged 2 to 14 through enriching sports experiences. The position demands both skills in teaching and a commitment to ensuring that every kid thrives in a secure, fun environment. From creating lesson plans to playing games, your involvement is key to camper satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly lead skill sessions for your group
• Ensure a safe, inclusive camp atmosphere
• Execute lesson plans and sports drills effectively
• Document weekly evaluations of camper participation
• Organize large team games and activities
Requirements:
• Age requirement: must be at least 16 by December 31, 2026
• Must attend June staff training
• Previous coaching or instructional experience preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Understanding of diverse skill sets among campers
