Reporting to the Vice President, the IC&E; Lead will provide operational leadership and foster a high-performing team culture. This role involves working closely with diverse teams to ensure all health education and wellness programs are responsive to the needs of the community. Your contributions will help enhance client care and improve health equity across programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive effective communication within the team
• Oversee program delivery and quality improvements
• Manage employee engagement and scheduling tasks




• Collaborate with community stakeholders for integrated services
• Support strategic planning and implementation of initiatives

Requirements:
• B.A. degree in a health or social science field
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in diverse environments
• Proficient in EMR PSS Suites and Microsoft Office
• Must have valid driver’s license
