Position Overview
ReportingtotheHeadCoachandGeneralManager, the successful candidate will oversee the prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation of player injuries while managing all team equipment and dressing room operations.
Key Responsibilities
Athletic Therapy:
InjuryManagement: Provideassessment,emergencycare,andrehabilitation for all players; develop and execute specific "return to play" plans.
Medical Coordination: Liaise with physicians, dentists, and other medical personnel;maintaindetailedmedicalrecordsandcoordinateinsuranceclaims.
TeamCoverage: Providemedicalcoverageforallpracticesessionsandgames (home and away), including travel with the team.
EmergencyPlanning: DevelopandmaintainanEmergencyActionPlan(EAP) for the team.
Equipment Management:
Inventory&Maintenance;: Managetheinventory,distribution,andrepairofall team equipment and medical supplies.
