What You’ll Do:
CoolIT Systems is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us build the future of liquid cooling technology. This high‑impact role goes beyond traditional recruiting, seeking an expert who can proactively source top‑tier technical and high‑volume talent, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and champion a world‑class candidate experience. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from strategic sourcing to a seamless onboarding handoff, all while continuously improving our processes and enhancing our employer brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both technical and high‑volume recruiting, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and be passionate about scaling a growing business. This role is a 12‑month contract.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute full‑cycle recruitment strategies for a diverse portfolio of positions, balancing the high‑volume demand of operations and manufacturing roles with the specialized requirements of technical and engineering talent

Proactively source both passive and active candidates to maintain a reliable pipeline, utilizing various sourcing channels

Conduct interviews and qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews





Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts

Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, compensation recommendations, and effective interviewing strategies

Leverage knowledge of technical markets and compensation trends to attract top‑tier engineering and technical talent

Guide candidates through the hiring process

Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience

Maintain a high level of follow‑up with both hiring managers and candidates

Identify initiatives to improve brand recognition and enhance recruitment efforts

Identify gaps in current sourcing and screening processes and contribute to continuous improvement

Report on key recruiting metrics

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma

Full‑cycle recruitment experience from requisition to onboarding and everything in between

Experience recruiting for a variety of technical, product, operations and sales roles

Robust experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

A track record of success

An eagerness to learn and experiment to find best possible solutions

Passionate about building diverse teams and talent pools

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience recruiting in a high‑tech, hardware, engineering, or manufacturing environment

Previous experience using UKG as an ATS and HRIS

Skills
