Become an EHS Advisor at Alstom to lead safety initiatives and foster a culture of compliance and environmental stewardship. Your expertise will be key in shaping EHS strategies.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement Environmental, Health, and Safety policies across Alstom's operations. You'll be instrumental in monitoring compliance and conducting audits while promoting a collaborative safety culture. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring a safe working workplace while mitigating environmental impacts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support site management in achieving EHS objectives and plans
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and maintain emergency response plans




• Monitor EHS compliance among subcontractors
• Drive internal audits and EHS communication programs

Requirements:
• Valid Health & Safety qualification as mandated
• Diploma/degree in Environmental Management preferred
• Over 2 years of EHS experience in relevant sectors
• Understanding of ISO standards (ISO14001, OHSAS 18001)
• Proven skills in teamwork and analytical thinking
