Responsibilities
Welcome all customers and set expectations
Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses
Act as a leader in optical acumen
Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail
Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions
Use technology accurately under time pressure with exceptional product knowledge
Proactively investigate root causes of issues and drive solutions to exceed customer expectations
Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage competing priorities
Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies
Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization
Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices
Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and committed to continual learning, improvement and results
Adhere to company policies, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management
Basic Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent
State licensure
Optical dispensing experience
Robust customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder
Knowledge of current store merchandise
Strong basic math skills
Awareness of current fashion trends
Selling skills and ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet
Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
Embrace new technology and change

Previous customer service and retail experience
Pay Range
US$27.49 – $38.31 per hour
