Key Responsibilities:
• Apply plant nutrition and health products as needed
• Record data on plant metrics and manage crop inspections
• Lead training sessions for the Growing Team




• Ensure compliance with GMPs and safety policies
• Research and report on improvements in growing techniques

Requirements:
• Secondary education required; Horticulture certification preferred
• Minimum of two years in a greenhouse or farming role
• Familiarity with health and safety programs
• Robust attention to detail with plant abnormalities
• Capability to lift and perform physical tasks
