Elevate healthcare projects as a Senior Project Manager with Fraser Health, specializing in mechanical and electrical systems. This full-time role is based in Surrey, BC, focusing on new long-term care facilities.

You will manage the design and construction of three major healthcare projects comprising 600 beds in total. The ideal candidate must possess a Qualified Engineer designation and significant experience in institutional engineering projects. A thorough understanding of applicable codes, standards, and efficiency practices is crucial in supporting Fraser Health’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct planning and execution of complex facility projects
• Guide project teams and conduct performance evaluations




• Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders
• Track project budgets, timelines, and quality metrics
• Develop strategic plans for larger capital projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or similar discipline
• 7-10 years of applicable project management experience
• Certification as a Professional Engineer
• Familiarity with design and construction processes
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects
