In this on-site full time role, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and play an integral part on the Senior Leadership Team. Your leadership will drive comprehensive financial planning, highlighting key performance indicators and enhancing compliance practices. This position is vital in nurturing the organization’s growth while optimizing resources across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial forecasts and performance reviews
• Prepare analytical reports for strategic projects
• Manage key performance indicators for organizational effectiveness
• Support Board reporting and executive strategy sessions
• Maintain compliance standards and conduct operational reviews
Requirements:
• Canadian CPA designation required, MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Experience with financial analysis and review processes
• Familiarity with the charitable sector is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and data analytical capabilities
