As Caseware continues to expand, we seek a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruitment for crucial roles in Engineering and AI. You will streamline the hiring process, work with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, and leverage innovative recruitment tools to enhance our talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize hiring processes to increase speed
• Partner with management to clarify staffing needs
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Explore multiple sourcing avenues for candidates
• Maintain applicant tracking systems for data integrity
Requirements:
• Degree in human resources or business
• 4+ years in recruiting, ideally within SaaS
• Experience managing multiple recruitment projects
• Proficient with recruiting tools and technologies
• Capable of transparent communication and storytelling
