Position: Bottle Depot Supervisor
Wage: CAD $30.77/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (availability to work weekends is considered an asset)
Working hours: hours/week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
Supervise, assign, and review the work of staff;
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve procedures and policies;
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations;
Schedule and co-ordinate work of staff ;
Requisition materials and supplies;
Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions;
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company polices;
Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required;
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the relevant field is required required;
Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management and related is an asset
