Join our team as an HR Advisor focused on Recreation and Tourism, supporting various operational sites in our Resort. You will enhance both employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor in navigating the employment lifecycle. This role encompasses providing practical support on employee relations issues, conducting training sessions, and managing HR initiatives that drive continuous improvement. You will also participate in recruitment, ensuring optimal talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with department leaders on performance and workplace concerns
• Oversee onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
• Advise on confidential employee inquiries and issues




• Facilitate relevant training sessions aligned with needs
• Track and assist with HR reporting and administrative details

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices
• Experience in employee relations and investigations
• Strong skills in Microsoft programs and digital HR systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
