In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping landmark projects, performing detailed cost analyses, and engaging with key contractors. Your expertise in developing thorough estimates will enhance RWC’s commitment to high-quality work and relational integrity. Your impact will be visible as you drive projects from bid to handoff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets from project documents
• Perform detailed take-offs and manage the estimating process
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers




• Liaise with project teams during tender and handover phases
• Conduct site visits to ensure material and estimate accuracy

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in construction or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and communication
• Previous construction industry experience is an advantage
• Engineering aptitude with exceptional organizational skills
• Knowledge of computerized quality takeoff methods is a plus
